Next winner is Winner-11

ENKHUIZEN ~ Remco Sol is a busy and successful man. In recent years, his Winner Yachts yard has built a dozen Winner-8 sailboats. It is now working on its 44th Winner-9 and has just started work on a brand new model: the Winner-11. “We see there is a demand in the market” for a larger Winner, says Sol.

The Winner-11 is an elegant, fast, reliable sail boat, comfortable and easy to handle. It marks a turning point. After many years of working with Van de Stadt Design, Winner Yachts turned to Simonis-Voogd Design for the Winner-11.

Like all Winners, the Winnwer-11 is also available in standard and sporty, performance versions. In the latter case it features a deep draft keel and a carbon rig. “But we are not all of a sudden making a radical racer,” cautions Sol. “The Winner-11 will be a great cruising boat with sporty aspirations.”

Much attention has been paid to below-deck comfort. That shows in a roomy saloon, generous berths and a seaworthy galley. The Winner-11 will be available in 2 or 3 cabin layouts offering sleeping quarters for 6 to 8 people.
